KGN Industries limited is listed on Bombay Stock Exchange formerly known as Royal Finance Limited has accelerated its success through trading of agro commodities like Castor oil, Castor oil Derivatives, edible oils like soybean oil, palm oil, non edible oils like petroleum products, lubricants, used oil and others in the domestic market. It has gained market expertise in its operations and is climbing new ladders each year.

KGN Industries have also forayed into the sectors like Real estate, Oil and Gas, Power and cement Industry. KGN Industries with its state of the art infrastructure is strategising to be diversified and flexible to face the challenges in this competitive market.

INFRASTRUCTURE
  • The Company has forayed into the real estate business under its subsidiary company by the name of KGN projects ltd. It already has four SRA projects in the pipeline in the city of Mumbai, Maharashtra, India. The various areas where the company has identified the projects and started investing are as mentioned below in the Mumbai.

OIL AND GAS
  • With a vision to enter into the Oil and gas sector, KGN Industries bided for NELP VIII in the year 2009. The company was allotted four bocks during the bidding, two each of oil and gas. The company is again bidding for the upcoming NELP IX tender offered by the government of India. It has strong technical partnerships and looking for tie ups with International companies in the area once it acquires the blocks during this bid.
CEMENT
  • The Company has already signed an MOU with the government of Gujarat in the recent vibrant Gujarat summit. The government has identified various areas for setting up cement plants and has invited the company to invest in the sector. The company is in the process of research identifying the areas allocated. It is also looking at prospects of entering into the cement Industry in countries like Middle east apart from India. There are offers for taking over existing cement plants also which the company is analyzing.
POWER AND ENERGY
  • In view of the good prospects in the energy sector in India due to large expected demand and supply gap, KGN Industry is keen to invest into the energy sector in India as well as in countries like Middle East and Saudi Arabia where there are prospects. The company is looking at alternative sources of renewable energy projects using solar energy, Biomass, Bio-fuels and geothermal energy and bringing in the latest technology for the same.

  • To begin with the company has already signed an MOU with the Government of Gujarat to put up a power plant for 1000 MW.
